Our Principal Solicitor boasts an impressive legal background, studied at Deakin University
and served as a legal practitioner in both jurisdictions of Sri Lanka & Australia, more than a decade. She is qualified with an Bachelor of Law, a Master’s in Legal Studies (specialized in research), Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice and a Master’s in Human Resources Management.
She employed at reputed law firms in Melbourne and regional Victoria, has given her a broad understanding of legal matters and client requirements. Her expertise areas are conveyancing, property law, Estate planning & administration and Migration law. Yoshani is a registered migration lawyer in Australia. Our clients are benefit from her fluency in Sinhalese and English, as well as her approachable and professional demeanor.
Yoshani is a qualified legal practitioner in Sri Lanka with extensive experience in both criminal an
civil litigations, she has advocated for individual and corporate clients, making her the go-to expert
for those in need of legal assistance in the Sri Lankan jurisdiction. She has been a member of the Bar
Association of Sri Lanka (BASL) since 2012.
Furthermore, she has enrolled in the High Court of Australia as a solicitor and is entitled to practice as a solicitor in any federal court in Australian jurisdiction.
Yoshani is a practicing member of the Law Institute of Australia (LIV) since 2023, which has provided her with the knowledge, support, and expertise to serve clients with confidence and quality. She has appointed as a secretary of North-East Law Association (NELA) in 2025.
She loves to travel, photography, painting and community service when she has spare time.
